Pinterest can be a resource to get some amazing recipes for meal planning throughout your week. All you do is sign up for an account, create a board, and start searching for recipes. There are tons of great food recommendation that can get you in the mood to cook lots of healthy foods. On this website others are constantly posting pictures and tips on how to stay healthy through nutrition. Even after studying dietetics as my major in undergrad there have still been some unique tips that I have learned.
