We all have those mornings that are so busy that we don't even have time to make breakfast. Since we all know that break is a crucial part of your day those morning require something quick and easy. I have recently discovered one of my new favorite breakfasts on the go. All you do is throw all of the ingredients in a spill proof Tupperware container, pop it in the fridge, wait till the next morning and you have breakfast. It is not only quick but is absolutely delicious. I recommend this healthy recipe to everyone. Enjoy!
