I have recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I am currently in the process of applying for dietetic internships to become a Registered Dietitian. This blog was created to express and share my passion for healthy food and a healthy lifestyle. I wanted to present a resource that would be a one stop shop for nutritional tips, recipe ideas, healthy recipe alterations, healthy eating out, and the general discussion of the appreciation for food.
